TASHWEESH
August 2nd starting 9pm in the Upstairs Hall
Tashweesh means ‘interference’ in Arabic and effectively sums up the band’s role in their native Palestine as a group offering a creative intervention against the political stagnation faced in their home country.
Their performance will include electronic, glitch and abstract hip hop with Arabic rapping and a strong presence of live visuals.
