Unfurling film response by Helena Louise Woodvine & Mike Snyder. A first time film effort by Helena and Mike in a free DIY filmmaking workshop in Edinburgh Forest Cafe.

TASHWEESH
August 2nd starting 9pm in the Upstairs Hall
Tashweesh means ‘interference’ in Arabic and effectively sums up the band’s  role in  their native Palestine as a group offering a creative intervention  against the political stagnation faced in their home country.  
Their  performance will include electronic, glitch and abstract hip hop with  Arabic rapping and a strong presence of live visuals.
